1. Are your resin figures handmade and hand-painted?
Yes, all of our collectible resin figures are both handmade and hand-painted by our professional team. We focus on craftsmanship and pay close attention to every small detail to ensure that each piece is a unique and premium-quality statue.
2. What materials do you use for your resin statues?
We use high-quality resin as the primary material for all of our statues, allowing for sharp detail and excellent durability. For structural support, we may use PLA in the base layers. All painting is done using Vallejo professional airbrush paints, ensuring vibrant color, smooth texture, and a long-lasting finish.
3. Can I order a custom figure or request a unique paint job?
Absolutely! We love working on custom commissions. If you have a specific character in mind or a custom color scheme you’d like, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to discuss the possibilities and bring your vision to life.
4. Do you offer international shipping for resin statues?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Each statue is packaged securely with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely, no matter where you are. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
5. How long does it take to complete and ship an order?
We have a large number of ongoing orders and a long waiting list. Orders are processed in the order they are received. That’s why the waiting time for a figure is typically 30 to 60 days, depending on the complexity of the figure. We never rush our painting process to meet deadlines—our priority is always on paint quality and fine detail. It’s worth the wait.
6. What should I do if my figure arrives damaged?
If your statue arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
Important: If the shipping box appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please report it immediately to the delivery carrier or local postal service before accepting the package. This is essential for us to file a valid shipping claim.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges on handmade resin figures?
Because every statue is custom-made and hand-painted, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
8. Are your collectible statues officially licensed products?
No. Our figures are fan-made artistic tributes, created out of passion for legendary characters from games, films, and fantasy universes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any official IP holders. These are handmade collectibles made by fans, for fans.
9. Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production preparation begins, materials are reserved, and we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
