1. Order Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel their order within 3 days from the date of ordering.
If the order is canceled after 3 days, we reserve the right to refund up to 70% of the purchase amount, provided that we have already commenced the creation of the figure.


2. Shipping and Damage

We take utmost care to protect the figures during transport. However, we cannot guarantee that the figure will arrive undamaged.
If any part of the figure is broken during transport, we will promptly send a replacement part at our expense.


3. Minor Damages

In the case of minor damages, the customer agrees to attempt to repair the item using the super glue provided with the figure.


4. Dissatisfaction with Appearance

If the customer is dissatisfied with the appearance of the figure, they may return it to our address at their own expense.
Once we receive the returned figure, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount, under the conditions listed below.


5. Conditions for Refund

  • The returned figure must be in its original condition
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned figure

6. To Process Your Claim Efficiently, Please Include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label
  • Your order number and a short description of the issue

Once we review the case, we will either:
✔ Send a replacement, or
✔ Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage

We always aim to make it right — your satisfaction matters.


7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the order is completed
  • Subjective expectations (e.g., “I thought it would be bigger” — dimensions are listed in each product)
  • Minor variations in color or texture (each piece is hand-painted and unique)
  • Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Each Aikus Studio figure is a custom-made collectible, and small variations in finish are what make your piece truly one of a kind.


8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package has not arrived and is deemed lost by the carrier, we will:

  • Work with the shipping provider to locate the package
  • Offer a replacement or refund once confirmation of loss is received

⚠️ Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
